FocusCube is committed to ensuring that our website and booking services are accessible to people with disabilities. We believe everyone deserves an equal opportunity to find, book, and use a focus pod, and we are continually improving the user experience for all visitors.

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible to people with a wide range of disabilities, including visual, auditory, physical, speech, cognitive, and neurological disabilities.

Our website is a work in progress: we review pages and features against WCAG 2.1 AA on an ongoing basis and prioritize fixes that affect core user journeys such as finding a pod, booking, and payment.

Accessibility measures currently in place across the site include: descriptive labels and ARIA attributes on interactive controls; keyboard operability for navigation, forms, and the booking flow; visible focus indicators; support for both light and dark color themes; and respect for the "prefers-reduced-motion" system setting — animations and 3D scenes are reduced or disabled for users who opt out of motion.

Some interactive 3D visualizations (such as the pod viewer and location globe) are decorative or supplementary and may not be fully accessible to screen-reader users. The information they present is also available in accessible text form elsewhere on the relevant pages. We are working to improve alternatives wherever a gap exists.
